摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the operation rate of each work tool by taking characteristics of each work point to be treated by the work tool into account in distributing a series of works to the work tools including spot welding guns arranged along one production line. SOLUTION: An operation scope of a spot welding gun is specified using one untreated hitting point on a workpiece as reference (Q2). The number of hitting points of untreated hitting points which are included in the operation scope and can be treated are calculated per type of spot welding gun usable at one untreated hitting point (Q4 to Q6). The spot welding gun of the type corresponding to the maximum number of hitting points is related to the one untreated hitting point (Q8). When the related spot welding gun is mounted on a welding robot, many untreated hitting points can be treated compared with the other type of spot welding gun. As a result, the operation rate of the spot welding gun is increased.</p>
