SUBSTANCE: method consists in application to dust-producing surfaces of tailings dumps of high-molecular compound in the form of polyvinyl butyral mixed with sand of tailings dump. After application of mixture, it is heated up to temperature of polyvinyl butyral melting to form strong glassy film on dust-producing surfaces.
