PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hamburg steak-like food more coincident to a health food than a hamburg steak using fowl meat or animal meat such as beef or chicken, edible with gusto and in plain palatability. SOLUTION: This hamburg steak-like food is obtained by baking a formed material comprising 100 pts.wt. of tuna, 30-70 pts.wt. of Welsh and/or onion, 0.5-2.5 pts.wt. of salt and 10-40 wt.% based on the whole amounts of oils and fats (oils and fats contained in the tuna are included). Preferably the formed material contains at least one kind of material of egg, starch granule, bread crumbs, milk and spice. |
