PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hand-rolled sushi topped with deep batter fried food (tempura), having an appropriate size for being eaten, holding good balance with thick seasoned soy sauce for a bowl of rice, capable of creating the flavor and savor of the thick seasoned soy sauce while retaining the crunchiness of tempura or fried food and capable of securing the taste of a miniaturized bowl of rice topped with tempura or a miniaturized bowl of rice topped with fried food. SOLUTION: This hand-rolled sushi topped with deep batter fried food (tempura) is produced by hand-rolling boiled rice 2 produced by cooking a mixture of 100 pts.wt. ordinary rice such as nonglutinous rice with 10-20 pts.wt. glutinous rice so as to have a mouthful of or a few mouthfuls of size, by putting a seasoning prepared by solidifying thick seasoned soy sauce for a bowl of rice topped with fried food as jelly 3 on the hand-rolled boiled rice and by placing tempura 1 on the jelly. |
