PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect steel against corrosion in an effective manner for a long time at a low cost by forming a film containing a solid electrolyte with selective anion permeability on a surface of the steel, and providing a galvanic anode such as zinc to generate a corrosion-protective electrolytic product in a defective part of the film. SOLUTION: A corrosion protection film 2 containing a solid electrolyte with selective anion permeability such as an ion-exchange resin is formed to a specified thickness on a surface of a steel 1 through an insulation film layer of a specified film thickness formed of a primer in order to suppress the corrosion protection current value to be low as necessary, an anode 3 in contact therewith is arranged, and the steel 1 and the anode 3 are connected to each other by a lead wire 5 with/without an interposed power supply 4. In addition, a protective film layer such as a top coat paint of a specified thickness is provided on the corrosion protection film 2 as necessary to prevent mechanical damages. The anode 3 is formed of zinc, aluminum, magnesium and their alloy which are electrically baser than the steel 1. |
