<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a contact location between a drum and a drum raising up cylinder substantially unchanged when a laid down drum is raised up by providing the drum raising up cylinder which is rotatable elastic roller, is reinforced in pressure contact frictional force with a barrel of the drum and prevents slip. SOLUTION: When a drum raising up cylinder 8 as a hitting member is raised by H, a drum 4 is inclined by an angleα. In this case, because the drum raising up cylinder 8 is one which is reinforced in pressure contact frictional force with a barrel of a drum and prevents slip, contact area is large and a contact location between the barrel of the drum 4 and the drum raising up cylinder 8 is remained unchanged. When the drum raising up cylinder 8 is further raised and center of gravity of the drum 4 reaches a standing support point 4d, the drum raising up cylinder 8 advances by a distance F as compared with its original location and does not retreat for the time. Therefore, because weight of the drum 4 does not work so as to push a carrier vehicle backward, a worker can easily perform a work, even if one-way braking device is not provided.</p> |
