<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a concrete molded form with precise surface design pattern/ texture affording satisfactory decorative wall surface by kneading a non- shrinkable or low-shrinkable grouting material with a necessary amount of water followed by casting the resultant slurry into a formwork with precise design pattern to effect hardening of the slurry. SOLUTION: This concrete molded form with precise surface pattern is obtained by kneading a non-shrinkable or low-shrinkable grouting material with a necessary amount of water followed by casting the resultant slurry into a formwork with precise design pattern to harden the slurry to effect transfer the fine uneven pattern of <=1 mm pitches from the formwork. As applied versions of this molded form, when the grouting material is incorporated with 10-70 wt.% of sewage sludge burned ash, such burned ash can be utilized while suppressing the drop-off of the mechanical strength of the final product, or, when the grouting material is incorporated with 10-50 wt.% of pulverized coal or activated carbon, the final molded form having water or air cleaning power can be obtained, or when the grouting material is incorporated with 10-70 wt.% of artificial zeolite, the final molded product exhibiting water or air cleaning power and other function(s) can be obtained.</p> |
