<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continue flashing in designated lighting time and with a lighting interval at the time when a bicycle stops by discharging stored electric power of a secondary battery at the time when output of a generator is lowered, maintaining its illuminance by complementing a lighting electric current of a head lamp and flashing the head lamp at a designated flashing ratio after power generation of the generator stops. SOLUTION: A generator 1 also stops generating power in the same way and output voltage of the generator becomes zero when a bicycle stops, but a control circuit 6 maintains an active state by continuing to receive supply of electric power from a charged secondary battery 7. The control circuit 6 detects generation stop by an inside circuit, outputs a charging stop command to a battery charger 5 and cuts an electric current 14, and it closes a switch 8 for a period of time designated by a lighting time regulator 9. At this time, electric power stored in the secondary battery 7 becomes an electric current 13 by passing the closed switch 8 and lights a head lamp 2. Thereafter, the control circuit 6 opens the switch 8 after the designated period of time by the lighting time regulator 9 passes. At this time, the head lamp 2 flashes as the electric current 13 is cut off.</p> |
