发明名称 LAMINATED MOLDING MADE OF POLYAMIDE RESIN
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain excellent surface characteristics and a mechanical strength by previously mounting a polyamide resin sheet having specific glass transition temperature, melt latent heat and melting point when absolutely dry in a mold cavity, then injection casting the resin, and deep drawing the sheet. SOLUTION: A sheet 1 made of a polyamide resin having a glass transition temperature when absolutely dry of 80 deg.C or below, a melting latent heat of 60 M/mg or below and a melting point of 180 deg.C or below is manufactured. Here, in the case of giving decorativeness, weather resistance, heat aging resistance or the like to the sheet 1, various type additives are combined with the resin according to surface characteristics of the laminated molding as needed. This is previously mounted in a mold cavity of an injection molding machine. Then, a part of the sheet 1 is mounted in the state that it is not brought into contact with a surface of the mold cavity. Thereafter, the mold is clamped, the polyamide resin 2 is injection cast, the sheet is deep drawn and laminated.
