PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refuse bag disposal device by which a work process for separating a refuse bag in which empty bottles or the like are recovered and its contents is effectively performed. SOLUTION: A refuse bag cutting device 5 is disposed in which a clearance through which a refuse bag can pass is provided in the lower part of a storage hopper 4 for storing the refuse bag in which empty bottles or the like are recovered and a refuse bag cutting plate 6 inclined at a prescribed angle is provided so that it can be freely oscillated in the inclined direction. The refuse bag cutting plate 6 is oscillated to cut off the refuse bag while shaken and disentangled. Suction ports 30 of a suction duct 33 for sucking the broken refuse bag arranged above a bag breaking position of a transferring conveyor 2. By carrying away the broken bag so that it is put on the suction ports 30 only, it is sucked into a recovery cyclone 31 and recovered in a bag collecting box 40.
