PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dropping of equipment placed on a top plate by arranging a belt for preventing dropping around the equipment placed on the top plate and fixing both end parts of the belt for preventing dropping to both side boards of a box-like housing part. SOLUTION: The lower parts of fixing plates 5 of vertically long rectangles are fixed to the front/upper part and the rear/upper part of both side boards 1c of the box-like housing part 1 to be symmetrical with respect to right and left and in the state of being capable of attaching and detaching proper fixing tool 6. A horizontally long engaging hole 7 is formed at a tilting piece 5a facing outupward bent and formed at the upper part of each plate 5 fixed to the fixing tool 6. An annular part at the base end the right belt piece 8a of the respectively front/rear pair of the belts for preventing dropping 8 is engaged to both of the engaging holes 7. The base end of the belt piece 8b is engaged to both engaging holes of the board 5, both of the belt pieces 8a, 8b are arranged around the device 4 placed on the top plate 1b and the tip part of the piece 8b is inserted to a buckle 9 to fasten.
