PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installing device of a screen frame easy in the whole constitution and installation of the screen frame, capable of reducing the part number and capable of easily performing removing work of the screen frame for a positional adjustment and maintenance. SOLUTION: A pair of engaging projecting strips 3, 3 forming a hook shape in the mutually facing direction in the longitudinal direction are arranged on the upper surface of a screen frame 1, a pair of engaging parts 4a, 4b for mutually engaging with the pair of engaging projecting strips 3, 3 are arranged in an installing tool 2 installed in an arranging object part, and this side engaging part 4a in the installing tool 2 is slidably supported in the longitudinal direction to be energized to this side by an energizing means.
