PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform waterproofing repair work by using permeable waterproof agent capable of interrupting water leaking passages by the formation of a substance which is water repellent and non-permeable to water by the reaction with calcium component or the like in concrete in narrow gaps due to cracking. SOLUTION: This repair method and equipment for a water leaking portion in a concrete structure comprises an almost rectangular elastic membrane body 31 consisting of elastomer, a casing-shaped frame member 32 for retaining the outer peripheral portion of an elastic membrane body 31, an anchoring mechanism 33 for fixing the frame member 32 to a concrete wall surface 1a in a tight contact state, and an injection connector 34 comprising a pipe joint attached to a central portion of the elastic membrane body 31. An elastic membrane body 31 is swelled and deformed by injecting under pressure the permeable waterproofing agent S into a filling gap 35 formed between the concrete wall surface 1a and the elastic membrane body 31, and the permeable waterproofing agent S permeates to an exposed crack 2 within the region surrounded by the frame member 32, thereby creating water repellent and impermeable substances as secular changes and realizing water stop effect.
