CORE MATERIAL FOR TATAMI MAT, AND TATAMI MAT |
摘要 |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core material for Tatami mat and Tatami mat which are sufficiently adaptable to sudden changes of atmospheric temperatures arising from solar radiation and the like. SOLUTION: A medium density fiberboard having base layers in 0.8 to 1.4 of specific gravity respectively at its surface and reverse side with the specific gravity difference being 0.1-0.6 at the outermost part of respective base layers at the surface and the reverse side is used. In a pressing process applied from the surface and reverse side on molding this medium density fiberboard, the temperature at pressing is set within a range of 30-60 deg.C for the base layer at the high specific gravity side while the temperature at pressing at the other side is set higher by 40-20 deg.C than the high specific gravity side, and the face having the base layer in high specific gravity is made to warp in a convex because of the difference in expansion coefficient. A medium density fiberboard having a base layer in 0.8 to 1.4 of specific gravity either at its surface or reverse side with the other side being made in specific gravity of 0.3-0.8 is used. In a pressing process applied from the surface and reverse side on molding this medium density fiberboard, the temperature at pressing is set within a range of 30-60 deg.C for the base layer side while the temperature at pressing at the other side is set higher by 40-20 deg.C than the base layer side, and the face at the base layer side is made to warp in a convex because of the difference in expansion coefficient. Both of or either one of the surface and reverse side are or is covered by sticking with thin film sheets.
