PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foot massager which can apply appropriate stimulation to an appropriate part of a foot to achieve a high massage effect. SOLUTION: This massage consists of a box material 6 with the top as a footrest, an upper massage part consisting of an upper air cell on the footrest, a lower massage part 3 consisting of a lower air cell 21 included in the box material 6, a reciprocating mechanism 16 of the lower massage part 3, and control parts 17 for the air cells and the reciprocating mechanism 16. A foot put on the footrest is pressed both from the instep and the sole by the upper massage part and lower massage part 3. The lower massage part 3, reciprocating along a prescribed orbit by the reciprocating mechanism 16, intermittently presses the sole of a foot with pointillage protrusions 13 erecting on the top of the lower air cell 21 projected from/retreated to the air cell by repeated expansion/contraction of the lower air cell 21. The upper massage part, synchronizing with the projection of the pointillage protrusions 13, presses the instep of the foot by expanding/contracting the upper air cell.
