PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make propagation and generation reducible of noise in a car interior, so as to improve quietness in the car interior, by providing a sound insulating member of shape covering an inside air intake port relating to a car interior inner direction in the inside air intake port sucking air in the car interior. SOLUTION: An intake unit 1 has an inside air intake port 5 sucking air in a car interior 2 and an outside air intake port 6 for sucking the outside air. Replacement of the inside/outside air and a suction air amount are adjusted by turning a damper 11. A sound insulating member 9 of shape covering the inside air intake port 5 relating to a direction in the car interior 2 is provided in the inside air intake port 5. The sound insulating member 9 is formed in pocket shape extending to an upper part from a lower part of the inside air intake port 5. Further, the inner surface 10 of the sound insulating member 9 is formed in a curved surface giving directivity in the inside air intake port 5 to suction air. In this way, the suction air is straightened in the sound insulating member 9, to reduce generated noise itself, so that quietness in the car interior can be more improved.
