Strut is mounted on base in off-center position; strut holds plate; larger motor is mounted in center of this plate; larger gear is located in axis of larger electric motor; third gear is fitted in bearing on strut and is provided with flywheel. Smaller electric motor is mounted on plate and carries rod with weights; contact system is located in center of larger gear.
