PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attempt miniaturization and integration of hydraulic operation device. SOLUTION: A drive unit 1 and an accumulator 8 are fixed on the identical base 12, and the base 12, drive unit 1, hydraulic control unit 7 and oil pump unit 9 are arranged on a straight line in this order. A first oil pressure chamber 5 and accumulator 8 are connected by an oil pressure hole C14 prepared inside of the base 12. The hydraulic control unit 7 and the accumulator 8 are connected by an oil pressure hole D15 prepared in parallel with a cylinder 2 in the drive unit 1 and the oil pressure hole C14 which is connected to the oil pressure hole D15. This structure enables to reduce the area required for installation and fitting, without changing the total length from the past one to be determined by the accumulator 8. Also, the external high pressure piping connecting each hydraulic unit, which was necessary in the conventional unit, can be reduced and the miniaturization and integration of the whole device can be realized.
