PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To slowly swing a door when fully opening the door downward. SOLUTION: A door 10 arranged in the doorway 3 is supported on the lower edge, and can swing to a fully opening position turning just below from an opening position projecting to a front face in a horizontal attitude. A shock absorbing gas spring 30 is arranged between the door 10 and a cleaner main body 1. A lever 45 is rotatably supported on a bracket 13, one end side of the lever 45 projects to a rotary area of the engaging edge 46 of a hinge plate 14 of the door 10, and a tension coil spring 50 is installed between the other end of the lever 45 and the cleaner main body 1. When the door 10 swings downward to a certain degree from the horizontal attitude, shock absorbing force of the gas spring 30 reduces, but on the timing, the engaging edge 46 of the door 10 abuts to a collar 47 on one end side of the lever 45 to tension the tension coil spring 50 on and after that to swing the lever 45 while rotating the lever 45 in the counter clockwise direction to be put in a fully opening state.
