PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use the back face of a closing sheet more widely for utilizing the same for printing and the like, and also to use suitably as a CD case, etc., after opening as to a card for mailing, etc., which is closed by adhering a closing sheet on both faces of a base fitting and holding a memory disk. SOLUTION: A closing sheet 4 is formed continuously having the width of a base 3 and roughly the length of the periphery of the base 3. The closing sheet 4 winds around the base 3, and both side parts 4a of the closing sheet 4 are adhered to the base 3. A break part 5 is formed in a line shape along the inner side of both side parts 4a of the sheet 4. This card is opened with the sheet 4 continued over both faces of the base 3.
