PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relatively simple device which is capable of easily feeding adhesives of different viscosity to a decorative band while permitting the guide of the decorative band between positions of application of the adhesives without spraying the adhesives or without any risk of spill or fouling caused by the spray. SOLUTION: A device to apply an adhesive to a decorative band, and more specifically, the decorative band for tobacco box includes an adhesive feed source, nozzle devices 7, 9, 12, a guide for the decorative band to be adhered, and a means to control the feed of the adhesive, and the nozzle devices 7, 9, 12 include an adhesive dispenser 7, and the adhesive dispenser applies the adhesive to the decorative band by the continuous contact method in two or more stripes.
