PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press-through pack(PTP) package sheet case wherein the PTP package can be safely and reliably stored, carried and handled. SOLUTION: A surface plate 11 and a rear plate 13 for holding a sheet part of a press-through pack(PTP) package sheet 1 are coupled via a hinge 15 so that they can be opened/closed, while a protrusion hole 12 and a take-out hole 14 are respectively bored on a position corresponding to a protrusion 3 of the sheet 1 which is held. Thus the PTP packaging sheet 1 is individually assembled and held in a state where tablets 6 or the like can be taken out.
