PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a fixed device for carrying long-size material capable of securing safety of occupants and safety of the operation without damaging a sheet and functional parts at the time of carrying a long-size material with an automobile. SOLUTION: This fixed device for carrying long-size material is formed of a load support member 10 capable of being placed on an upper part of a seat back 20 of an automobile and a load fixing belt 11. The load support member 10 is placed on the upper part of the seat back 20 and fixed to the seat back 20 by a head rest 21 or a dedicated fixture. The load support member 10 is formed with a base part 12 to be loaded with a long-size load and a rising part 13 having holes 17 formed in both ends of the base part 12 for insertion of the load fixing belt 11. The load fixing belt 11 is formed into a belt shape, and a pair of surface fasteners 18, 19 to be engaged with each other are provided near both ends of the belt 11.
