PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a squeegee for screen printing capable of improving productivity by satisfactorily filling paste in pattern holes even when printed at a high speed and a screen printer. SOLUTION: This squeegee for screen printing for printing a cream solder 16 on a base 6 with a pattern holes 12a by sliding on a mask plate 12 comprises a contact part 18a brought into contact with a surface of the plate, an air gap part B provided at an advancing direction side continued to the part 18a, a scooping part 19a having an acute angle top disposed at an end of the gap B, and a curved surface continued to the scooping part 19a. Thus, even when the squeegee 15 is moved at a high speed, the solder can be satisfactorily filled in the holes 12a to realize an efficient screen printing.
