PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable toilet which enables easy taking out the decomposed matter for decomposing excrement without touching it. SOLUTION: When stir vanes 8 turn by certain degrees, the height of a decomposed matter 5 on the side of a takeout container 15 further increases, and the decomposed matter 5 is caused to fall into the takeout container 15 through an opening 14 and is kept there. Thus, the decomposed matter 5 which was conventionally required to be taken out with a scoop or the like, is automatically transferred to the takeout container 15, and by detaching the takeout container 15 from the toilet bowl 15, the decomposed matter 5 is taken out easily and disposed of without the concern for touching the decomposed matter 5.
