PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize reductions in construction period and material for pipe arrangement, circumvent restrictions on installation place, the limit of a use period, etc., as much as possible, and improve versatility by providing a toilet bowl fixed on a floor, a recovery tank disposed under a floor right below the toilet bowl, and a pipe for making the toilet bowl and recovery tank communicate with each other. SOLUTION: A toilet bowl 6 and a pipe 8 are fitted together at a factory at the same time that a building unit is constructed, and a recovery tank 7 is fitted thereto later in the field. Therefore, the lower end of the pipe 8 is set at a position that is the same level as, for example, the lower face of a floor crossbeam 3a or higher than it, taking into account the transporting of the building unit to the field. As the recovery tank 7, one integrally provided with a pipe connection part 7a which is open at the top and that is relatively inexpensive and easy to shape, for example a tank made of resin such as a white transparent polypropylene or foam polystyrene, a tank made of waterproof paper, a bag-shaped tank made of vinyl, is used. Here when the tank made of paper or vinyl is used in the recovery tank 7, it is placed in a container 9 for shape retention.
