PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hoist of elevator machine room equipment devised to carry out hoisting of a heavy article without reinforcing a floor of a machine room, etc. SOLUTION: A support structure is constituted of a trolley beam 2 to guide a trolley 3 furnished with a chain block 5, a frame body 1 to support this trolley beam 2 and a support 4 installed on a lower part of this frame body 1, this support structure is placed on a machine beam 8, and a load of a hoisted heavy article is received by the machine beam 8 but not by a floor of a machine room.
