PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the device provided with an element containing a superconductor, that the superconducting characteristics are prevented from being deteriorated even when the element is exposed to a moisture-containing atmosphere. SOLUTION: Relating the electrical/electronic device provided with an element containing a superconductor, the element contains 0.1-1.5 atomic % holmium, 1.5-2.5 atomic % barium, 2.5-3.5 atomic % copper and 6.5 to 7.5 atomic % oxygen, wherein the element is exposed to a moisture-containing atmosphere.
