PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a corrugated board cushion wherein production is simple and adjustment of cushioning functions is possible. SOLUTION: The cushion can absorb force working to a corrugated board sheet face 41a as a gap 47 occurring between upper and lower corrugated board sheets 41 closes, thereby more remarkably exhibiting a cushioning function. In this case, by changing a size and depth of a recess 45, the cushioning function can be adjusted. In addition, since no paste attaches to a part of the recess 45, less adhesive parts occur between the upper and lower corrugated board sheets 41, so that the sheets can be easily separated between the upper and lower sheets 41, thereby providing a cushion with an arbitrary stacked height.
