<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut the work straightly, especially perpendicularly during the moving of the work to be cut by fixing a cutter to the cutter support supported while off-centering against the plate such as a rotating disc. SOLUTION: The terminal of the upper part of a support part 7d is fixed to the piston rod of a vertical linear cylinder 13 so as to move a cutter support 7 vertically. A linear guide 10 is fixed to the off-centered rotary bearing 11a of the upper off-centered disc 11 at the upper fixing position 10a and to the off-centered rotary bearing 12a of the lower off-centered disc 12 at the lower fixing position 10b at the side with back against the cutter 6 of this linear guide 10. The rotary shafts 11b, 12b of these off-centered discs 11, 12 are positioned perpendicularly and vertically and rotated while synchronizing with each other. The rotary speeds of these two off-centered discs 11, 12 are controlled so that the work 3 can be cut straightly.</p> |
