PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a fixing force of particles and to improve a contact density of the particles to a material to be treated by compressing a molten film base material containing the particles while cooling it and molding it into filmy state. SOLUTION: A molten film base material containing particles and dispersing a foaming material as desired is compressed while being cooled and molded in a filmy state. In the method for manufacturing the film, a polymer plastic material is supplied from a hopper 18 and adsorption/catalytic particles are supplied from a particle supply system 17 to a cylinder 3. Meanwhile, N2 gas and CO2 gas are respectively supplied from gas supply units 13, 14, and supplied to the cylinder 3 by a gas mixer 15. They are kneaded, sent to a gas/polymer plastic dispersing melting unit 4, and depressurized inside by a vent 6 of a generating unit 5. Then, bubbles are grown by a temperature regulating system 9 of a foam controller 7 to a molten film base material 100, which is then compressed between steel belts 21 while cooling. Here, the adsorption/catalyst particles are extruded into the material 100, to obtain a film 110. |
