PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a free-wheel which is economical, of a light weight, and generates no vibration. SOLUTION: In this free-wheel device, a free-wheel 15 which has an outer ring, an inner ring or a shaft body, and a series of cams 16 provided between the outer ring and the inner ring, is placed at the window of the cylinder of a single holder 21, and brings one direction connection between the outer ring and the inner ring; and a side ring 24 provided between the inner ring and the outer ring in the radial direction, and to maintain the both rings concentric; are provided. In such a free-wheel device, the free end 22 of the cylinder of the holder 21 is centered in the radial direction by a cylinder guide support surface 27 formed to the side gear, and the cylinder guide support surface 27 is provided to be concentric to two sliding surfaces, at about the center position in the radial direction.
