PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the sealing performance in order to prevent the spreading of a grease for lubrication at the inner side to the outer side, as well as to insert a seal plate in a circular locking groove formed on the inner peripheral surface of an outer gear, in order to make in the concentric form with the axial core of a bearing. SOLUTION: While a circular projection 2d is formed on the inner peripheral surface 2a of a locking groove 2', and a projection 1a with the cross section form of about a trapezoidal form which can be abut to the inner side surface 2a of the locking groove 2' in the surface contact condition is formed in a circular form, to the inside surface of the outer peripheral edge of a seal plate 1, a thin wall of projection 1c abutting to the outer side surface 2c of the locking groove 2' is formed on the outer side surface of the outer peripheral edge of the seal plate 1, Furthermore, at the inner side surface 1a' of the about trapezoidal form of the seal plate 1, a circular recess 1g for sealing where a part of the circular projection 2d formed on the inner side surface 2a of the locking groove 2' abut in the surface contact condition is formed. When the seal plate 1 is inserted in the locking groove 2', a part of the circular projection 2d of the locking groove 2' is closely contacted to the inner peripheral surface of the recess 1g for sealing.
