PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent oscillation and abnormal sound by arranging a fan supporting disk between a fan and a rubber cushion to improve the stiffness of a D-shaped holes of the fan and a shaft. SOLUTION: On a shaft 35 of a tip end side of a stop ring 36 provided on a shaft 35 of a motor 33, a fan 34 is sandwiched by a fan pressure 37 and a rubber cushion 38 to be tighten with a nut 40, and the rubber cushion 38 is allowed to contact with the fan 34. A cutout wherein a fan inserting part has a D-shaped cross section is provided on the shaft 35, and a freewheeling stop part of the fan 34 is provided by making a shaft insertion hole of the fan 34 in the D-shape. In such a structure, a fan supporting disk 39 is provided on one side or both sides of the fan 34 between the fan 34 and the rubber cushion 38.
