PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent noise from occurring during running and allow running on a recessed and projecting road surface, by attaching axle support members to the outside surfaces between knees and heels of respective right and left legs, and supporting a body weight by projecting elastic tires mounted to the axles from the back surface of the feet to the ground side. SOLUTION: Axle support members 10 for supporting axles are attached to the outside surfaces between knees and heels of respective right and left legs, and a body weight is supported by projecting right and left elastic tires 1 mounted to the axles from the back surface of the feet to the ground side. Brakes 2 are provided for the right and left tires 1, brake cables 4 are extended to hands, and brake operating levers 3 are attached to them. Thus, a user can run with running noise as high as that generated by a bicycle, and can run in a place having recesses and projections where the bicycle can run. In addition the user can stop using the brake operating levers extended to the hands.
