PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction cleaning machine having improved cleaning functions. SOLUTION: A pressure chamber 14, a turbine chamber 16, and a dust suction chamber 18 are arranged in a cylindrical body casing 12, while a hollow axis 20 is rotatably disposed through the axial center of the casing 12 across these chambers. One of the opposite ends of the axis 20 is opened in the chamber 14, while the other end thereof is disposed in the chamber 18, a brush 26 is provided on the other end of the axis 20, and moreover a nozzle 28 is disposed on the forward end of the axis 20, and a turbine 22 is provided on the axis 20 within the turbine chamber 16 to form a head 10.
