PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly for toilet seat manuall supplying of sanitary- cover which correctly transfers a specific amount of sanitary cover, generates no electromagnetic waves, eliminates inconvenient battery replacement, is easy to produce at low cost, and has low occurrence rate for malfunctions. SOLUTION: This assembly comprises a main body frame 200, a seat 210, a supply reel assembly 230 set attachably/detachably and rotatably, a recovery reel 240 set attachably/detachably and rotatably, a tubular sanitary cover 220 set so as to enclose the seat 210, and a protective housing 100 for covering the upper part of the main body frame 200. One end of a lever shaft is connected to the external end of the recovery reel 240 capable of interlocking with it. On the lever shaft, a reverse-rotation preventing bearing, which is fixed to the main body frame 200 is set. A lever 251 is connected to the other end of the lever shaft, and a guide roll 270 is set rotatably between a fixed end 212 and the recovery reel 240.
