PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a function canceling reaction torque due to acceleration/ deceleration of a rotary unit in the inside of a device. SOLUTION: This device comprises a disk prism 1 for scanning laser beam, hollow motor/angle detector 5 giving a rotary motion to the disk prism 1, and a reverse balance weight 10 for canceling reaction torque due to a rotation acceleration/deceleration motion of the disk prism 1 by reverse rotation in association with the rotary motion of the disk prism 1. A reverse acceleration gear mechanism 6 for acceleration reverse rotating the reverse balance weight 10 in association with the rotary motion of the disk prism 1 is provided, and miniaturization and lightening of weight are attained.
