PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the sealing efficiency for a packaging material, and at the same time, prevent an impact and a failure of the device from occurring by eliminating a normal/reverse rotation of the spindle by connecting the spindle and both top and bottom bridging materials with a plurality of crank arms and links, and vertically moving both, the top and bottom bridging members accompanying the rotation of the spindle, and separating both bridging members from each other. SOLUTION: A pair of right and left blocks 11 on which a side guide 10 is erected, are slidably supported by a horizontal guide 12, and at the same time, a pair of top and bottom bridging members 13 and 14 are vertically movably supported by both side guides 10. Also, a crank arm 21 is fixed to a spindle 20 which is rotatably supported by both blocks 11, and a link 23 is rotatably supported by the crank pin 22 of the crank arm 21, and at the same time, the pin 24 of the lower bridging member 14 is engaged with the link 23, and the lower bridging member 14 is vertically moved accompanying the rotation of the spindle 20. In addition, another crank arm 25 is fixed to a crank pin 26 with a machine screw 25A, and at the same time, the crank pin 26 and the upper bridging member 13 are connected with another link 28, and the upper bridging member 13 is separated from the lower bridging member 14. |
