GELATINIZER, GELATINIZER FOR TUBE-FEEDING NUTRIENT FOOD, AND TUBE-FEEDING NUTRIENT FOOD CONTAINING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a tube-feeding nutritive food capable of being prevented from regurgitant accidental ingestion, and further to obtain a gelatinizer effective to the prevention of the regurgitant accidental ingestion. SOLUTION: The gelatinizer and the gelatinizer for a tube-feeding nutritive food contain a carrageenan and alginic acid. The tube-feeding nutritive food is obtained by formulating the carrageenan and the alginic acid. Preferably, the tube-feeding nutritive food is obtained by formulating >=0.15 wt.% and <0.4 wt.% carrageenan, and >=0.5 wt.% and <1.0 wt.% alginic acid.
