PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy characteristics such as an electric shielding property required as a PDP filter, and enhance its visibility by allowing a high refraction factor dielectric film to have an optical transparency of a specific refraction factor, and specifying a relation of the film thickness between each silvery transparent conductor film and high refraction index dielectric film. SOLUTION: A silvery transparent conductor film has a thickness of 5-20 nm, in which in reference of a transparent base body 1, a silvery transparent conductor film 3A of a first layer and silver transparent conductor film 3D of an outermost layer are equal in film thickness, and the thickness of other silvery transparent conductor films 3B, 3C is two third (1±0.2) times as thick as the silvery transparent conductor film 3A of the first layer. The high refraction dielectric film has an optical transparency of a refraction index of 1.5-2.7, each thickness of the high refraction index dielectric film is equal in the first layer 2A and outermost layer 2E, and the thickness is two seventh (1±0.2) times as thick as the first silvery transparent dielectric film 3A, so that the thickness of the other high refraction index dielectric conductor films results is seven (1±0.2) times as thick as the first silvery transparent conductor film 3A. |
