<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply check the feed amount of fragments of a synthetic resin material laminate from a synthetic resin material feed means in a device for crushing, separating and sorting fragment groups of the synthetic resin material laminate into a skin material and a cushioning material. SOLUTION: A metering chute 59 is fitted removably by a bolt 63 on the upper end of a hopper 29 connected with a separating and sorting device, and fragment groups of a synthetic resin material laminate A fed from a vibration feeder through a duct 51 are guided to a tray 83 of a gravimeter 82 through the metering chute 59. The feed amount of fragment groups of the synthetic resin material laminate A (weight per unit time), therefore, can be checked without dismantling the hopper 29 from the separating and sorting device. Usually an introduction chute is fitted in place of the metering chute 59, and the fragment groups of the synthetic resin material laminate A fed from the metering chute through the duct 51 are fed as they are into the hopper 29.</p> |
