PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the contact between air inside a room and a single glass window so as to prevent dew condensation on the single glass window by bringing a shutter developed and stretched on the indoor side of the single glass window into close adhesion with a wall face by a pressing bar and a pressing roller. SOLUTION: A shutter 1 made of an airtight transparent film is wound around in a shutter box 2 so that it can expand and stretch on the indoor side of a window part through a shutter rail 3. A pressing bar 7 is provided along the shutter rail 3, and both ends of a plurality of pressing plates 8 are pivotally fixed to keep parallel relation and are energized upward by a spring 9. When the shutter 1 is developed and stretched and its lower end is fixed on a window frame, the pressing bar 7 moves downward to expand an interval between the shutter rail 3 and it, and the shutter 1 is pressed against a wall face packing 12 by a pressing packing 6 attached to the pressing bar 7 and a pressing roller 5. Consequently, it is possible to prevent the contact between air inside a room and a single glass window and prevent dew condensation on the single glass window.
