PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use a waste material by eliminating the necessity of abandoning the waste material by housing a vessel housing the waste material of an incombustible or nonflammable building material in a space formed of boards and backing members or a space formed of the boards, the backing members and a building frame. SOLUTION: A partition wall is penetratingly arranged between a ceilng slab 10 and a floor slab 11, and is composed of plural columnar studs 14 (backing members) arranged at regular intervals between a steel upper runner 12 and a lower runner 13 and boards 15A, 15B composed of a gypsum board installed on both sides of these columnar studs. A box-shaped vessel 21 desirably composed of an incombustible material or a nonflammable material is housed in a space 20 formed of the boards 15A, 15B and the studs 14 being backing members, and a waste material 22 (for example, a waste material such as cutting chips of the gypsum board generated at a building site) of an incombustible or nonflammable building material is housed in it. This waste material is optionally filled, for example, by the densest filling.
