PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject hardened form serving as mortar/ concrete. SOLUTION: This hardened form is obtained by kneading a mixture of steelmaking slag >=1,000 cm2/g in specific surface area and an aggregate with an aqueous solution of a chelating agent: wherein the aggregate consists of a mixture of one or more kinds of material selected from steelmaking slag, blast furnace annealed slag and natural stone; the chelating agent consists of a mixture of one or more kinds of compound selected from triethanolamine, triisopropanolamine and phenol; the content of the chelating agent in this hardened form is >=0.0005 wt.%; and the steelmaking slag is such one as to be subjected to aging treatment. |
