PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the clearance between the end face of a rotor and a rotor chamber at low cost. SOLUTION: A rotor body 7 and a rotor chamber 13 are coated to a specified thickness, screw section 15 is provided between the rotor body 7 and a rotary shaft 5, the rotary shaft 5 is assembled to the bearing 37 on the side of a plate- like member 11, and then the clearance between the rotor body 7 and the plate- like member 11 is adjusted to a specified value while driving the rotor body 7 in the rotary shaft 5 with the screw section 15.
