PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet feeding device capable of stably carrying out picture image formation an a back surface of a sheet on one side of which a picture image is formed and a picture image forming device furnished with it. SOLUTION: A head end of a sheet is interface with an interfacing member 55 by making it contact with the interfacing member 55 erected on an end part of a loading means 51 by carrying the sheet in an opposite direction of the sheet discharging direction by a sheet carrier means 52 after discharging the sheet by a sheet discharging means 50 to the loading means 51. Thereafter, movement of the sheet in the sheet discharging direction is restricted by making a restriction member 57 provided free to revolve upward to the downstream side in the carrying direction of the loading means 51 pressure contact with the sheet making contact with the interfacing member 55 by by dead load from above. Further, a contact part 57b against the sheet of the restriction member 57 is formed of an elastic body, movement of the sheet in the sheet discharging direction is restricted by constituting it so that a position of the restriction member 57 to make pressure contact with the sheet comes to be the side of the interfacing member 55 rather than a revolving fulcrum 57c, and movement of the sheet in the carrying direction is facilitated.
