<p>The invention can be used in public utilities for the clearing and cleaning conduits of waste disposal system, radiators of central heating system, as well as stanchion tubes which are been littered, obstructed or choken up. The technical result of the invention is deliverance thereof from obstruction and litter, increase of the process efficiency and reliability, broadening of method's utilisation range and facilitation of system servicing, keeping strictly to the established sanitary inspection order and keeping the regulations of environment protection. According to the invention, the liquid and contaminants which are necessary to be removed from the conduit are subjected artificially to the pneumatic shock wave generated directly in the hydraulic unit of conduit. Besides, shock wave is created in immediate proximity to the entrance of conduit. Furthermore, filling up of the conduit with working liquid and discharge thereof is accomplished in the same hydraulic unit and in single united cycle. The offered device comprises a pneumatic ram and hydraulic unit shaped as a cross having two pairs of branch pipes connected in a criss-cross manner. One pair of branch pipes joins the pneumatic ram and conduit, another one joins a source of working liquid and a discharge vessel. The afore mentioned cross is formed to provide the user with an opportunity by turns change over the following pairs of connections: a) pneumatic ram - conduit, b) source of working liquid - conduit, c) conduit - discharge vessel. Furthermore, connection of the branch pipe to the conduit is provided with a collar nut having the reducer in order to provide the possibility to be connected with conduits of various internal diameters. Besides, the hydraulic unit is provided additionally with elastic coupling formed as a rubber plate-like rings.</p> |
