railway transport; refrigerator cars. SUBSTANCE: proposed mechanism for opening and closing car doors has two pressure shafts 6 with rotary axles installed on doors 1 in upper and lower bearings. Axles are hinge-connected with roller supports by means of lower rotary cranks 11 and upper rotary cranks 12 provided with curved clamps. Roller supports are installed on door shut guides. Each pressure shaft has locking device in form of cams 7 rigidly secured on shaft. One of cams is mechanically coupled with drive through variable-length rod. Locking device is provided also with locking brackets 8. Each rotary axle is furnished with drive holding door in RELEASED position. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of door sealing. 5 dwg
