Method includes the following operations: first technological cycle is formed for large number of fixing frames with members of rail support points connected to frames in preset places, then fixing are transported from location position to positioning position and aligned in accurate position and then are temporarily fixed on concrete base. Then positioning and location positions are displaced in direction of making, fixing frames on location position are separated from concrete base and are placed in location devices, other frames are aligned on oppositional position and temporarily secured on concrete base and then are relieved from aligning device, and so on. Machine has aligning automatic machine 1 with transportation device made for displacement along base for handling fixing frames, and feed gantry 2 with lifting-and- transportation device 4.
